Who runs this site

Fort Wayne Fence Pros is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company that is not a contractor. The site exists to connect property owners in the Fort Wayne area with a residential fence contractor working the region. It does not perform fence work itself.

Information we receive

When you fill in a form or send an email, we receive what you choose to give: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the project and any photos. Like most websites, the server and basic analytics tools also record technical details such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from an IP address.

Why we use it

Your details are used to respond to your request, pass it to the fence contractor covering your area, follow up about scheduling, and keep the site working properly. We do not sell your information.

Who it is shared with

The contact and project details you submit are shared with the contractor who serves your location so they can reach you, visit the property and prepare a proposal. That contractor handles your information under its own practices once it has it. We also rely on service providers for hosting, form handling, email and text delivery, and they process data only to provide those services.

Text messaging and your mobile information

If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive texts, the messages relate to your service request. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The only parties that receive it are the messaging providers that actually deliver the texts. Reply STOP at any time to end messages, or HELP for assistance.

How long it is kept

Request records are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry, follow up, and meet ordinary business record-keeping needs, then deleted or anonymized.

Your requests

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Send the request to admin@fortwaynefencepros.com and include enough detail for us to locate your record.
